Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time β€” but stay tuned, it's coming!

Because every item at Ask Me First is made to order, there are two phases to your delivery timeline β€” creation and shipping. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Custom orders: Production begins only after you've approved your design proof. The shipping timeline starts from the date your item is completed β€” not from when you placed the order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

We do not currently ship internationally. If you're outside Canada and would like to be notified when international shipping launches, get in touch and we'll add you to the list.


Refund Policy

All sales at Ask Me First are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the two cases below. Please read carefully before ordering.

🚫 Custom orders are final sale. Items made specifically for you (custom tees, tie-dye, bleach dye, personalised graphics) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances β€” except if the item arrives damaged or the wrong size was sent due to our error.

We issue refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

  1. 1Item arrived damaged β€” if your order arrives with a defect or damage caused during production or shipping.
  2. 2Wrong size sent β€” if we shipped a different size than what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost to you.

In all other cases β€” including change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or items that don't match personal preference β€” no refund or exchange will be issued. Please double-check your size and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, here's what to do:

  1. 1Contact us via our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item.
  2. 2We'll review your claim and respond within 24 hours with next steps.
  3. 3If approved, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

Since we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer, we strongly encourage you to check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
